Turn on the heat and start to fry the pineapple chunks until a few bubbles begin to form (from the juice!) then pour on a load of runny honey.
Keep stirring the chunks round in the frying pan to ensure that the honey doesn’t burn. You should see that the pineapple pieces are starting to become golden brown as the honey coats itself onto to the fruit! When you reach this stage sprinkle some sugar over the mixture and stir for a few more minutes before serving the pineapple up in a bowl. Sprinkle with a little more sugar then enjoy!
