This curry is one of my absolute favourite meals and I always cook it at least once a week without fail because I love it that much. It's so easy to make and is full of fantastic flavours just like the curry I order from my Indian takeaway at home, so I really can't get enough of the stuff! If you're not sure what to cook for dinner tonight and can spare just 20 minutes to do so, then keep reading as I'll show you how easy peasy this tasty tikka masala really is!
Put plenty of olive oil in a pan and start to fry some quorn pieces.
While the quorn is cooking cut up an onion and two large tomatoes then add the onions to the pan once the quorn is starting to turn golden brown.
When the onions begin browning pour a jar of Loyd Grossman's Tikka Masala sauce over the quorn and onions then stir the sauce well.
Finally, add the tomatoes and cook for a further 5-10 minutes before serving up with your favourite rice and naan bread (can't beat a peshawari naan!)
Let me know if you decide to try this recipe, I'd love to know how it turned out!
